Microbiome Restoration Group Appointments are now underway.
They run for 6 months, with 8 x 90-minute sessions. Initially we meet fortnightly while we get started, then monthly for the remainder.
It's designed to be informative, supportive, and genuinely helpful - while maintaining the personalised care you've come to expect.
This intimate online format gives you more time with me, individualised consultation within a supportive community, and evidence-based tools to navigate your gut health challenges with confidence.

This group is suitable for anyone experiencing:
IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) – bloating, pain, unpredictable bowel movements
SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth) – hydrogen, hydrogen sulphide, methane, or mixed presentations
Histamine intolerance – reactions to foods, skin issues, digestive flares
Dysbiosis – imbalanced gut microbiome after testing or suspected
Post-antibiotic recovery – disrupted digestion after antibiotic use
Microbiome-linked inflammation and fatigue – ongoing symptoms without clear cause
Reflux or chronic digestive discomfort
Food fear or restriction fatigue – feeling boxed in by elimination diets
This work is also supportive for people transitioning off restrictive diets, navigating food reintroductions, or seeking community alongside evidence-based guidance.

Series commitment: Each series includes 8 sessions over 6 months. Committing to the full series supports therapeutic continuity, group cohesion, and better outcomes for everyone involved.
Total investment: $720 for the complete 6-month series
All sessions are held online via secure Zoom video. Booking is simple, and you'll receive intake information and session details upon registration.
Note: Group Appointments are displayed in $AUD. They are private appointments and not eligible for Medicare rebates. However, they may be claimable through private health insurance depending on your level of cover - please check with your provider.

Yes. What is discussed in the group stays in the group. All participants agree to maintain confidentiality and respect each other's privacy.

I understand life happens. If you miss a session, no makeup sessions are offered at this time. You'll receive the session notes and resources. However, regular attendance supports the best outcomes for you and the group.

Each participant receives dedicated 1:1 consultation time during the 90-minute session. The exact time varies depending on group size and individual needs, but everyone is heard and supported.

Absolutely. These aren't lectures - they're interactive, individualised consultations within a group setting.

That's completely fine. I tailor advice to your individual situation, including any current treatments or medications you're taking.

No, Group Appointments are private appointments and are not eligible for Medicare rebates. However, they may be claimable through private health insurance depending on your level of cover - please check with your provider.

Sessions are conducted via Zoom (a secure Telehealth video software) and details will be provided upon registration.

If this group does not reach the minimum 4 participants, the series will be postponed or cancelled, and you'll receive a full refund. I'll notify you at least 3 days before the scheduled start date.

If you need to withdraw from the series, please notify the clinic as soon as possible
Cancellations made more than 3 days before the first session will receive a full refund
Cancellations made within 3 days of the first session are non-refundable
Once the series has commenced, refunds are not available for missed or remaining sessions as places are reserved for the full program and cannot usually be filled once the group has begun
If someone cannot continue, they may transfer their place to another person with clinic approval
We understand that unexpected life events can occur. In exceptional circumstances the clinic may offer a credit or transfer option at its discretion.
