MIDLIFE VITALITY WORKSHOP SERIES 2026

A four-part in-person workshop series with naturopaths Chantel Yates & Kate Holman.

Microbiome, nourishment & nervous-system wisdom for life's middle seasons.

Midlife isn't tidy. It can shake everything you thought you knew about your body, your emotions, even who you are. One moment you're calm, the next you're raging or weeping. Sleep slips away, anxiety rises out of nowhere, and the simplest things - focus, intimacy, feeling like yourself - can suddenly feel out of reach.

This isn't a problem to be fixed. It's biology, transition, recalibration. And you deserve support and care to help you through.

Midlife Vitality is a space to understand what's happening beneath the surface - in your hormones, your nervous system, your microbiome, and your mind. It's a space for truth and restoration.

Created by naturopaths Chantel Yates and Kate Holman, this four-part, in-person series blends evidence-based microbiome medicine, nourishment, herbal wisdom, and embodied practice to help you find steadiness again.

You'll learn how gut and liver health shape hormones and mood, why anxiety and insomnia spike, and what to do to support metabolism, heart, bones, and intimate wellbeing. And you'll be held in a circle that understands how confronting, hilarious, and powerful this stage can be.

Each workshop is an expertly crafted immersion - mixed with science, story, movement, and the most exquisite food - lovingly created by Kate to restore joy, connection, and appetite for life.

We're here to help you thrive through midlife and beyond.

We'll explore how the microbiome, circulation, and hormonal shifts influence energy, mood, and sensual wellbeing - and how self-care becomes a radical act of love in this life stage.

Through discussion, reflection, and gentle embodiment practices, we'll look at what it means to truly nourish and care for ourselves - from the foods and herbs that ignite energy and pleasure, to the mindset that sustains joy and confidence. Expect warmth, laughter, spice, and the reminder that radiance is an inside job.
