MICROBIOME RETREAT: 10th -14th OCTOBER 2025
A slow, nourishing space to reconnect with your gut and yourself.
This is not a detox.
Not a crash course.
Not a quick fix.
The Microbiome Retreat is a five-day immersion into rhythm, rest, and reconnection. It’s designed for people who want to feel differently in their body, who are ready to step away from overwhelm, and who are curious about how food, nature, and microbiome health can support deeper healing.

Rest, reflect, and return home with practical tools and renewed trust in their body
You do not need to have gut symptoms to attend.
You do not need to know anything about the microbiome.
This space is open to anyone ready to reconnect.

A retreat shaped by lived experience
This retreat is deeply personal. It was born from the kind of support Chantel needed during her own healing and burnout recovery - quiet, thoughtful, and rooted in place.
It’s not about doing more. It’s about remembering what supports you, learning to listen to your body again, and reconnecting with the things that matter.

“I am so glad to have found Chantel, after being so confused about which therapist & therapy to work with regarding the SIBO treatment of my daughter. She is using a gentle yet effective approach that puts the microbiome's health first and takes care of it in the best way possible and she is a true professional”
