  • Yes. In fact, all consultations with me are held online via Zoom, so you can work with me from anywhere in Australia (or beyond).

  • No - all of my consultations are held online via Zoom. This allows you to access personalised, naturopathic care from the comfort of your own home, no matter where you’re located. Many of my clients love the flexibility and ease of working together this way.

  • Initial consultations are 60-75 minutes. Follow-up sessions are generally 30-45 minutes, though longer sessions are available if needed.

  • You’re welcome to start with a single consult, but for most conditions I recommend a treatment plan spanning 3–6 months for best results.

  • If you’re unsure what you need, you can book a free 10-minute discovery call here to get a feel for how I work and whether we’re the right fit.

  • You can book online via my website via the "Book Now" button. Available times are shown live and are updated in real-time.

  • Unfortunately, rebates for naturopathy were removed from most private health policies in Australia in April 2019. You can check with your insurer to confirm your coverage.

  • My clinic is a busy clinic. If for some reason you need to reschedule your appointment, I require 48 hours notice; otherwise you will be billed for the missed appointment. This, in consideration for others, allows me to schedule in patients from my waiting list.

Health Concerns I Support

If it’s gut-related, I can help. I offer individualised, evidence-based support through one-on-one and group consultations, as well as mentoring for practitioners. Gut health isn’t just a specialty - it’s the foundation of the way I work.

  • Yes - in fact, most of the people I work with have complex health histories. I’m very comfortable supporting clients with multiple health concerns, long-term or unresolved symptoms, severe dietary restrictions, and sensitivities. My approach is personalised, thorough, and always guided by your unique needs and capacity. You’re in safe hands here.

  • Yes - I support clients with a wide range of gut conditions including Coeliac disease, Crohn’s disease, Ulcerative colitis, and H. pylori, using a qualified, evidence-based approach. I also work extensively with SIBO (hydrogen, methane, and hydrogen sulphide types), as well as gut and parasite infections such as Giardia, Blastocystis hominis, and Dientamoeba fragilis. My focus is on restoring optimal gut function and microbiome balance to help manage symptoms, reduce inflammation, and support long-term health.

  • Absolutely. Changes in bowel habits like constipation and diarrhoea often reflect deeper imbalances. I work with you to uncover the root cause and support your digestive system to function more regularly and comfortably.

  • You're not alone - these are some of the most common symptoms I work with. Whether you’ve had a diagnosis or not, I take a thorough and personalised approach to help relieve bloating, cramping, and gut discomfort.

  • Yes. These issues are often linked to poor gut motility or inflammation. I offer tailored support to ease symptoms and address contributing gut health factors for longer-term relief.

  • Yes. Reflux (GERD/GORD), heartburn and upper digestive symptoms like burping are strong signals your digestive system needs attention. I use evidence-informed strategies to reduce irritation and support healthy digestive function.

  • I do - especially when there’s a clear link between skin health and gut health. I take an integrative approach to eczema and similar conditions, supporting the skin through gut and immune system optimisation.

  • Definitely. I provide guidance in identifying and managing food sensitivities, intolerances, and allergies, without over-restricting your diet. Together, we focus on rebuilding tolerance and nourishing your body with the right foods for you.

  • Yes. Many autoimmune conditions have a gut or immune component. I offer individualised support to help you manage symptoms, reduce flare-ups, and improve quality of life through gut-focused care.

Tools & Programs I Use

  • I use a combination of industry-leading, evidence-based tools to assess and support your health. This includes thorough case-taking, pathology interpretation, microbiome testing, and clinical nutrition frameworks, tailored to your individual needs.

  • Yes - where appropriate. I regularly use stool analysis, microbiome mapping, food sensitivity testing, and other functional pathology to help guide treatment. Testing is only recommended if it will change your care plan.

  • All consultations are held via Zoom and booked through a practice management platform called SimpleClinic. Both tools are secure and allow us to connect no matter where you’re based. You’ll receive your link and details when you book.

  • After each session, you’ll receive a written treatment plan with clear steps, personalised guidance, and any relevant resources or testing instructions. These are shared via email and via our Patient Portal (optional). By registering to use the Patient Portal you can:

    • Cancel appointments within the clinics cancellation policy.

    • See past and present prescriptions.
